PetSkinCares is operated by petskincares Private Limited, 42, Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560038.
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We send security emails when your account is accessed, and you should tell us at once if you do not recognise an alert.
3. Orders and prices
Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include GST unless stated. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price is wrong, or fraud is suspected, and we will refund any payment you made. Orders are confirmed by email.
4. Payments
We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery through our payment partners. Online payments are processed by the gateway, and we do not store your card details.
5. Product information and pet health
Our products are for external skin and coat care or nutritional support for pets. They do not diagnose, treat or cure disease. If your pet has open wounds, swelling, hair loss, or does not improve, please see a veterinarian. Patch-test new products and stop use if irritation occurs.
6. Offers and subscriptions
Discount codes have their own terms, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn. If you buy a subscription, we will email you the plan, price and renewal date before each charge, and you can cancel before the next renewal from your account or by contacting us.
7. Intellectual property
All content, logos and images on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. Disputes
Contact us first at contact@petskincares.com. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, subject to your consumer rights.
