Shipping
- We ship from Bengaluru to most pincodes in India through trusted courier partners.
- Delivery time: 2 to 4 working days in metro cities, 4 to 7 working days elsewhere. Remote areas may take longer.
- Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat fee shown at checkout applies.
- Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹5,000 for a small handling fee.
- You will get order confirmation, dispatch and tracking details by email (and SMS if you gave your number).
Returns and refunds
- 7-day return: unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- 60-day skin-reaction guarantee: if your pet reacts badly to a product, stop use and contact us within 60 days with a photo. We will refund or replace it after review. Please also see your vet.
- Damaged or wrong item: email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
- For safety and hygiene, opened products (other than the skin-reaction case) cannot be returned.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days (UPI and cards) after we receive and check the return. For Cash on Delivery orders we refund by bank transfer or UPI. You will get a refund confirmation email.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel before dispatch by emailing contact@petskincares.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.
